Well here is some clearance and other testing. New changes are mostly looking good.

Rear is looking good on full stuff.

The front works good but going to have to add bump stops for sure. At full stuff the steering ram now hits the frame.

I dunno. Rears go flat and have more room in shackle so they won't bend and they don't seem to want to go negative. I'm going to hold off on the rear bumpstops until the rears settle a bit. But have to get on the front ones soon. Front springs go negative when the rear is lifted but not when the front is lifted. Also don't have steering clearance issues when the front is lifted, only when the rear is.

It;s so much fun. I should have got one sooner.

    But it's cold.

    So I ordered a 48,000 BTU heater.

I came close to pulling the trigger on a buggy while @ KOH. But a review of what I like to do told me that it's not what I really want. With very few exceptions my jeep will go most places a buggy will all the while being warmer and dryer and more streetable. On the other hand, there is no body panels to worry about and that's nice.

    Glad you like it.

The not worrying about the body and glass and soft top and that stuff is what I am liking.

I still miss having a normal Jeep on 35's for trail riding though. But I have missed that for many years.

Measured, overall it ended up 2.5 inches lower. Happy with it.

Also cut some foot holes in the side.

    S'more

These are the LED lights i'm going to use for turn signals for street use.

    Pretty damn bright.

Then just about the heater done. Just have to install a fuse in the power wire and hook up the ground and put the face plate back on. I hooked it up to temp power and ground and it works kick ass.

Had a mishap with a rock last trip out. Ran my front spring hanger into a big one going pretty fast. bent the crap out of it and cracked the welds. So a BFH to get it back into shape and then reweld it and add some gussets. Thanks to Emily for doing the welding. I'm not super great at overhead or vertical up. Added gussets on both sides.

    Big ham LOL

Ok, so have to get this fixed. After the flop in Canada, the mounts for the hydro ram were fubared.

They want 50 bucks per mount. I'm cheap. Went and bought a chunk of steel. Or is it metal? I think it's metal steel.

Then the machine shop went to work. Pretty cool. They are making 3 of them for me and one for themselves for a competition project. I'm going to put a clamp on both ends of the steering ram and one in the middle so it holds better.

My comments were uncalled for, and I apologize.
