The plans are to clean and repaint the one tons axles, going to be leaf spring rear and the front I am debating a coil suspension or do the leaf spring front again, or do I go coil over or air shocks suspension.

Same tire and wheel combo and put flat skid plate on and finish the sliders I started and put them on and build the front bumper to wrap around with winch plate and build rear bumper with tire carrier/slider, put hydro assist on this time around.

Should be able to start working on it this weekend.

I don't think I have ever wheeled in a group where someone had a Mercury Mountaineer

I have never. Looks like a nice ride Kenny. I'm interested in seeing this complete.

The rear install will be the easy part, debating on hydro assist or full hydro ?

    Started the rear 1st.

    Out with the 8.8

In with the 60, clean up and ready.

Need to trim some metal, hook up the brakes, put bump stops on, and I will put the front axle and suspension on and adjust the rear.
