I use Chevy 3/4 rotors and calipers and ballisticfabrication.com for the caliper bracket.

A update on the explorer is done for now, a new rig build is in the works, and i will be installing a Dana 44\9" combo and 35" tires this week and installing a XRC-8 winch on it and start driving it this week to make sure it is good to go, i am using my axles combo, tire combo and the warn winch for the new rig.

Curious...what made you put the shackles in the front instead of the rear on the front springs?

Drive shafts can get $$$ for long spline and my ranger had the shackles in the rear and it keep pull it out on hard flexing, so i tried it and most jeeps and other rig are factory set that way and i used the idea.
