Might work on other Besttop hard tops also.. This stemmed from a minor irritation, and is a SUPER easy and SUPER cheap fix.
I noticed that after every rain, when I lifted the back glass on my hard top, a small puddle of water spilled into my toolbag in the back of the jeep. After a little investigation, it appears that there is a space where the hinge connects to the window, the top of the space is open, the rest is closed. When the glass is down, water runs through the hinge and collects in the space. When you lift the glass, the water comes out.
Solution: Fill it with RTV. No more puddles.
Just thought I would share, since it was buggin me for a while and I couldnt figure out where the water was coming from.
