So... I am starting to get this gut feeling I should start a project, and the guy around the corner from me is selling a stock 71 jeepster. Might need to get that.

So I drove down to look at it... At 11:30PM.

Correction, it is a 1970 Jeepster Commando, pickup style cab. The engine is toast (it is afterall, a 1970 225), but the body is in decent condition with very little rust (and not thru, just surface rust in a couple spots)

Anyone have a clue what this thing is worth, assuming its JUST the body and frame, no engine/trans. I was thinking it would be great to use as the basis for a medium mod or heavy mod crawler. The engine bay has tons of space in it.

I decided to pass on this thing, since I dont have the money to build a new rig right now. If its still over there, I will go take pictures and post the sellers contact info, in case anyone else wants to pick it up.
