unexpected condition

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

i only coppied and pasted it... but it is a blank white screen with this message.... am i the only one getting this or what.... it has only started recently and i only get it on this site
