Over the winter I am going to go with a True Hi9 carrier/diff asm.
What donor vehicle would I want to look for/for the housing ? Say 61-63 WMS ? FF or SF ?
How about disc brake conversion parts ?
Anyone have one for sale ?

I don't know of one in the 61-63" range. Full size trucks/broncos are about 65"...and early bronco's are around 58". not sure on car versions.
disc brakes are easy and cheap, you can find weld on caliper brackets all over the net for cheap.

also 8.8 disc brakes bolt on to i think the small bearing housing(one or the other think it was small).
im running a 65 inch housing under my tj, its a little wide, but with a deeper offset rim it would be perfect(4.5 to 5.5 bs).

I just spent the day trussing a spidertrax front housing. He's running a 35spline 1.5 dia modular shafts.
