I have the typical "weeping" TJ radiator.
I don't want to replace it with OEM style just to have it leak again but...
I don't want to spend a fortune either.
Anything recommended for around $200 that doesn't have a plastic tank.

Thanks

No clue. Most have the plastic these days and are made of aluminum.

No tj info, but I have never heard a complaint about Radiator Barn if that helps.

murrays replacment.

the one i got was all metal. the one im running currently from auto zone is metal/plastic top.

so personally i would get one from murrays because then you always have a close place to warranty them.

bah nvm ur on the west side. try advanced, im pretty sure they will have the same one as murrays. if its not just return it or something.

Radiator Barn for the win.

I have a 3 core from them I put in the 2000 TJ 2 years ago after Marv's mud hole ate the factory radiator.

Nothing but love for the radiator.

I recommend Radiator Barn to anyone who asks. Had it in a couple of days. Bolted right up. Just had to put in a crimped piece for the auto cooling lines since i have a manual. Did not want that space filling with mud.

Thank to all--that was a little better response than the last time I asked that question.

Only response I got last time was "Stop Leak for your cheap ass"

Thanks again

I actually purchased a radiator from radiatorbarn.com. Mine was a 3 row, all metal one though. I think it was like 175ish about a year or so ago. Super fast shipping too. Good company.

Unfortunatly about a month after installing the above radiator, my fan clutch basically came apart while on the highway allowing the fan to spin into the radiator. 3 row or not, it just doesn't cool very well with a big ass hole in it. sigh.

I then purchased another radiator from the local auto value in West Branch. They were able to get it later that day. It's only a 2 row, but it's all metal for about 180.

Oh, it's got an electric fan now too.
