That must be the new GM DEX-Doall fluid, one fluid used to fill everything. I had mine look like grape soda and smell like burning arse hair

Well...it's moving under it's own power and seems to shift as well or better than before.
Flushed it with fluid and chemicals twice, then flushed it with fluid 3 more times.
Then I spent 2 hours flushing the trans fluid out of the damn motor and radiator. The normal flush stuff just wasn't cutting the oil so I had to put half a bottle of dish soap in the colling system and let that run for a while to cut the oil. Then flushed the crap out of it for about a half hour more with clear water till everything came out clear.
Prolly only a temp fix though. I know.

Did you install a new rad?? You are lucky it didn't wipe out the trans. The antifreeze attacks the frictions and releases the glue.

I didn't replace the rad yet. ran the rad cooler lines back to themselves and then installed an aftermarket trans cooler. I'll get around to putting in a new radiator later.
I don't know how long the trans will last, but I had to at least try.
And hey look...killerb is here. :woot:
