Only one way to do it. Baked.. and I also have bread out drying for home made dressing too.

(some years the kids also deep fry one but we have two then..)

i'm not in charge of Turkey Day. My responsibilities include getting us to my sister in law's in time and making sure we have a large enough breakfast beforehand so we can watch the parades in misery :) A full day of gluttony!!!

Oh, I also make sure I have coffee and hot chocolate ready just in case any Mounds folks stop by to say hello. Coffee will be ready, but I'm not getting out of my jammies until I absolutely have to. :)

Mine is!

I already made a Turkey last friday (had a potluck at my apt for our grand valley friends, and i somehow had to make the turkey.) It was my first turkey and i was pretty nervous about doing it, but it turned out delicious!!! I was really proud of keeping it juicy.:ha:

So I have to make another one this Thursday, so i'm glad I already know what to do:cube:

That is how I roll. I might not hit the bottom, but I will bang the hell out of the sides.
