4 X 8' utility trailer with ARE tool topper mounted on it

trailer is located in kalkaska

all lights work, 5 yeas old, trailer has barely been used
tires in real good shape, all doors work
floor in side decked with treated plywood (not osb)

topper fits 8' long box
will separate 300 for just topper
400 for just trailer
