I've made a few changes.

Only thing I'm leery about is that locked dana 35 out back.

I'm hoping to find a dana 44 for a decent price, or btter yet dana 60's, as I need to put it down for some fab work anyway.

The short arm suspension and associated tire pick combined with massive flex steer and the jacking effect is pissing me off. Way too unstable on hill climbs. The suspension is the same as you had it.
