Enclosed car hauler - camper Sold

1998 Featherlite enclosed car hauler trailer . Fold away double bed , full kitchen . Fridge , 3 burner stove 30 gallon fresh water tank . 12 volt lights and water pump . No bathroom or shower .Lenght 24' inside ,rear door is a 73" opening height . Inside fender wells is 82" . Has new ventless heater for cold weather and new E rated carlie tires . Seamless roof , 2 windows added , door is 48" entre door up front . I purchased this new in 99 , recently purchased a motor home is the reason for selling .

This will not fit a full size truck , excellent for a tj , xj and so on . My Grand on 36" tires fit tightely .

The Guy that bought it came up and looked at it and wanted on the spot but did not have the cash with him and no bank in town would cash his check. They call Marv 4 time today saying they would be up to get it tonight. I think they thought we would sell it before they could get back up here.

That is because its the cool thing to do in today's economy. Someone has cash in hand and the sellers word goes out the window.

On the other hand people commit to buying all the time and never call or show and the deal falls thru.

I am always left wondering which is the right way.
