Thought I saw on MW. a thread about trail rides this weekend.
Marv say he will have the course open but I thought there was a sign up (of sorts) for folks wanting to explore WB and beyond. Did a search using "Spring Fling" as the key words but didn't find anything. :blabla:
:wtf::wtf:

I did a post for leaders and only had a couple people say they would and one posted that he can not make it. I figure that Fri Night- Sat Morning you guys can talk and see who knows the area and marv can give some directions to anyone wishing to go out and ride.

Thanks Sue, thought I wa losing it even more then ever. Recalled a DNR limit on the number of people and such. Musta been that one you deleted.

I will taking out a stocker run with my folks and brother. Both of thier vehicles are daily drivers so there will be nothing real hard core. We will end up at St. Helens playing in the bowl so ORV stickers will be required on my run.
Don't expect anything too challenging. Don't complain if you get bored. This is a nice ride on the trails with an occasional hill to climb. Lower your psi and go.
Bring a lunch for the trail, be gassed up. There will be some pavement travelled to reach the dirt.
Leave between 10 and 11. Return mid afternoon-ish. I want to be back early enough to break something on Marv's course.
I am taking a family drive on public roads and into a public facility (St. Helens). I am not charging for my trail leader services, there are no sign up sheets, this is not an event. I will not forgo my constitiutional right to gather. If the DNR wants to ticket me for having more than 20 people with me (yes, that is the event threshold), West Branch is close enough and I have plenty of vacation time available to fight anything they throw at me. Can we say precedence setting?
