How do I load a avatar? even using photbucket and resizing it I cant seem to make it work?

Sometimes after a resize, photobucket still doesn't work. Try to put it in your photos on your computer and then resize to the needed specs. Save and upload from your computer. Sorry for the non geeky answer, it's just what I have had to do before.
