I am selling my Grand. It has been a great jeep, but with buying a house, I just do not have the money to sink into it and my YJ. The motor was rebuilt at 8x,xxx as the buddy that I bought it from hydrolocked it. The motor is bored .30 over.
NEW PARTS:
wheel hub
all ball joints
track bar heim joint
fuel pump
plugs and wires
SPARE PARTS:
5.2 with approx. 200,000 miles on it
46rh trans. I bought it from Grandman, it was rebuilt by Killer "B".
Stock computer
1 gallon of white paint
The Bad:
tranny is going. Torque converter does not lock up, starting to slip (I have a good one for it. see extra parts)
Only runs on premuim gas. It has the MOPAR aftermarket computer (after the rebuild, the motor would not run on the stock computer)
needs an alignment
white doors, green body. The doors were rusting out, so I bought some new ones and switched over the panels, so they match the inside. I have a gallon of white paint for it.
rockers are rusting
rear wiper does not work
hatch has typical Grand rusting.
the two front tires are just about slicks. Back ones are at 75% or so.
Like I said, this has been a great jeep. Would make a GREAT family wheeler with a little bit of work, maily just the alignment and newer tires on the front. I daily drove this thing for a year.
