does it run ...and what was the reason for taking it apart???

It ran the last time i attempted to start it, as of now, it doesnt due to the battery being dead and the gas is old. it was taken apart by someone who was going to replace the pull start they broke, and they never did it, i took the rest of it apart to get the battery out to see if i could charge it. If the battery was charged and the gas was new or stirred up somehow, i am sure it would run.
