I should not have replaced my cb , seems its working the winch decided it wants some TLC too .

You hear the solinods make a solid click but no go . I havent done any thing with it yet but i suspect the motor is the issue .

What do you think it will be ?

so far i cleaned every connection on the pack , now the motor comes off and pull it apart . Getting 12.3 V up to it so must be a problem with the motor . Only the ground needed cleaning which is typical with these .

Can you see the soldered connections inside the housing on the motor? Sam had one of those break.

Figured it out , if you smack it hard with a hammer its fine :hehe:

There is a very small star bolt that holds 2 of the brushes on the brush housing . One has gotten hot and ruined the damn thing . You buy the whole brush housing , been through this loop before . $40.00 if i recall .

Now ill give shaker his bad news because im taken my HS 9500 thats currently on his rig and he can use my 8000 after he buys the part :hehe:
