updated with a few new pics, it should at least roll out of the garage this weekend.

A few updated pics.

Axles are pretty much ready to fall out, getting tires mounted on rims tomorrow, took a ride height picture of where the new tires will sit and a compare pic of the old 33 swamper and new 36 irok.

Actual ride height and tires mounted this evening.

Whatever PSI the tire place put in them and full vehicle weight the 36 irok measures just over a 36" tire. Unscientifically of course.

Jeeps looking good Chad. Not so much a secret I just want to respect the owner and not announce to the world what he owns. No biggies.

looks like its gonna need a compcut and rear stretch. hahaha looks sweet man. what are all the future plans?

Current plans are the only plans. I am sure some day I will brake down and want to add some other stuff.

But currently I have in mind some rocker protection, a cage and seats, and a winch. I am not a huge fan of the bumpers so at some point I would like to do something about that, but it's a michigan rig and maybe 1-2 trips out of michigan per year. So I dont want to go much bigger for now.

One thing to Remember I dont really wheel from May-September, I spend that time out on the boat.

Currently I am running 4 dana 30's, but I may have aquired 2 more. So that would be a dana 180 for those counting. RIght now its just a bone stock 4.10 axle.

I beat on it pretty good at the badlands and didnt break it, but I left it open. I am ordering a locker as required for the drummond offroad turtle ridge rock race challenge thingy. I am hoping that doesnt kill it.

If it does brake I will get a 60 and swap that in. Keep my 8.8 in the rear and get some 39's. But for now it's on the dana 30. I am looking for some TJ shafts thought if nayone knows anyone who has a spare set (MONGO!)

I really wish I could have done an X at the b-pillar, but come on how much tube do we have to add before we are satisfied right?

It will be tied to the fram at the b pillar and A pillar for now, I may do the C-pillar, but not sure that I will worry about it immediatly. Like I said, its stronger then stock.

For Xanders seat I am going to actually tie it into the shock mounts.

From the b-pillar I will go to the frame via the wheel well. Then a Tube from side to side for future link mounts and current shock mounts. Xanders Seat is directly above that. So one mount straight through the floor and then two tabs coming off the back of my seat mounts and done.

sglide
