THE DOG PARTY(#27)

feb. 16th 19282 Read rd Copemish, MI. 49625 about 2,000 people last year and 1,200 trucks
this place has stuff for all rigs a rock garden some nasty man made holes a bunch of new twisty off camber trails lots of fields to blast thru plus lots of idiots to watch they usually have a bon fire & concession stand and a raffle (team kamakazi won a high lift jack last year)
they made a couple changes to the layout to include a spectator area close to the main "BOWL"lots of people play in & they are keeping non flaged cars out of the wheelin area we were there for the xmas tree burning party and had a blast we ran all the trails & snow made em tough( we used our winches several times)
a few of us are going to camp(in our school bus mud truck hauler) on fri nite & sat nite
you do need to have a 6 ft(or taller ) orange flag mounted to the ft of your rig
(they sell em there too)

Even bringing my brother for his first wheeling trip. He turns 18 that day!!

Oh ya, senior member of Team Kamikaze 4x4 will be there. Worth the fuel for the trip just to watch the fools and try to follow a4x4spit around!

Hey there,
Ya don't havta just watch. There is more to the Dog Party then sitting there watching the 'fools in the bowl".............fire up your rig and ride around the trails a bit too. They are making the party a little better every outing. Just don't go out in the woods alone. Lots of gremlins out there! ...................and of course ya might need a strap from a buddy.

got my 2 spits, tracker ,& lj 10 ready going to dig bus out of the snow fire up the furnace & spif it up for 2 luxurious nights in BEAUTIFUL COPEMISH .
the last 2 years it was so COLD below zero
we got 3 bus hauler/campers campin fri & sat :woot:

10 to 12 inches of fresh snow this week a little more on the way sat is suposed to be 20 ish & partly sunny should make for some fun snow wheelin

ya 11 on sports extra they made a dog party video about 25 min pretty cool. I told the geezer if your going to get stuck only once why do it infront of a guy w/a video camera they had video of all my stuff even my girl & dog

Just watched it....I was surprised that they show the different shots of the people drinking alcohol. Not that they where driving vehicles in the pic, just suprised the news showed that.
