Lay-Z-Boy chair. Rocker, can recline without putting foot rest up. Side handle foot rest control. Good shape but has some wear on the foot rest. Kid not included.

TV Hutch. Pretty big. Mix of real wood and pressed. Side areas have lights up at the top. Glass shelves in there too. TV opening is about 35 inches wide. Minor scuffs that will hide with old english. None of my crap goes with it. :hehe:

Pro-Form Treadmill. Space saver fold up style. Works perfect, great shape, newer belt. Has powered incline, all the digital controls, pulse thingy, emergency stop. I might even have the small set of dumb bells that came with it. Not sure about those. If I have them, I'll toss them in too.

Do you know how old the tread mill is by chance?

Treadmill is 5 years old. We bought it from Sears when we lived in Hudson. Was Bought in January. I took the job here in the Soo the following August. That's the only reason I actually know the age.
