Roof pod storage thingy like a Thule

I need one of these but don't want to buy new. Anyone got something like it? Doesn't have to be thule. Doesn't need to have cross bars or roof mounts for a vehicle.

we have one we never use...had to buy it to get the whole fam plus souvenirs and luggage home from florida.....lent it out once...so, been used twice. It's tan, I think.
