the internal rails that engage the front out put fork, and fork are dieing
ive already bent and welded them before
now i think its taking out bearings as it dies

sglide - you still looking for a T-case? I will be pulling mine from my 97 TJ 4 banger (132,000 miles - T-case worked fine) in the near future. No clue on a reasonable price... shoot me a reasonable offer and we can go from there! Or...I would be interested in working a trade for other 4.0 conversion parts I need - PCM, wiring harness, motor mounts for example. LMK if you are interested.

slgide - did you get my last PM? Looks like my T-case will be coming out tomorrow, maybe Thursday (along with my engine and tranny) - my 4.0 swap work has finally started! I have the rest of this week off work so will be around if you want to come pick it up.

I almost had the T-case ready to come out tonight - but cant get the stupid bolts on the skid plate to come out! One way or the other - they are coming out tomorrow! (most likely via sawz-all!)
