I do understand you dont put it on the road so your not worried about the lift blocks up front . But im wondering have they ever gave you problems wheeling ?
Your running lots of power and tire , id think sooner of later there going to get spit out of there and screw your day .

I have been running front lift blocks for over 3 years now, and they have never budged. I understand the concerns with front blocks, but I try not to jump the truck, but the times it has gotten air, they seem fine.

I dont know much about them , i think the bigger issue is not to stack them one on top of another . Ford highboy trucks ran them in the rear from the factory .
Id suspect under high torque is when they could bite you , U bolts looked pretty new so i thought perhaps they had gave you problems .

I had a d44 up front before, but that was right after I put the d60 in, so the bolts were new. As far as blocks go, you never stack them, though some people have. Putting them in the rear is very common, and most lift kits use that to lift the rear. The issue with the front is when you come to steering, but more importantly braking. There is less side to side movement in the rear, but it is very easy to apply pressure from side to side on the front, and when you lock up the front brakes hard, the problem can be the axle twisting enough to slip the block out.
