would a diesel f-250 automatically mean a dana 60 or not neccessary.

found a truck that i could probably buy, part small shit, and scrap to cover my cost.

i know its not the most disireable dana60 but im sure I can make it work.

Not sure...that 250 could just be a TTB 50.

thats quite possible. Right around that time period, either 86 or 87 I believe they switched to that front-end, with the F-250

Now I am not sure if they offered the Dana 60 in there HD-250 package? Maybe it could be one of those

it SRW but is a flat bed truck. ive only seen pictures of it on craigslist and you can see good enough to tell if it has leafs and a 44/60 or a TTB setup

According to the bible, my truck was not supposed to have a 60 front in it. Mine was an 87 F-350, it could have been an oddball year. If the customer ordered the truck with a front 60 back in 86, it might have been a rare option. Are you talking about the red one on Craigslist?
