I'm considering making my own brush guard for my '97 ZJ. What thickness steel should I use? Tubing better than flat?:shrug:

For most things I never go thinner than 3/16. 1/4 for some stuff though.

Yeah, I was kinda thinking along the lines of 1/4" :thumb:
