A quick scan through showed nothing directly involving ORV use.

Scanning it over quickly, I would point out some things to you quickly...

Look over the Relationship of the PRD Strategic Plan to Other Plans section. It talks about the Michigan State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. This impacts ORV and OHV use.

I don't know what the Trailways Vision and Action Plan is. I will have to research that. Their wording says "completing an interconnected, multi-use statewide trailways system in Michigan". Might have something to do with ORV/OHV use.

The Biodiversity Conservation Plan for sure impacts ORV/OHV use in Michigan as I have already seen that come into play when we were constructing the proposed new ORV Route on Drumond Island this fall.

Under Goals, section 2.2
Seek license plate package proposed by CCMSP (Citizen’s Committee for Michigan State Parks).
What is this?

Section 2.2.2
Identify similar mission-related groups (public and non-public).
Assess and contact identified groups to establish partnerships.
Seems like an opportunity for GLFWDA and others like MW to help with ideas.

Section 2.3
Seek approval from the NRC to tie camping fee structure to the Detroit CPI.
What does the Detroit Consumer Price Index have to do with camping? Many of us camp when we wheel.

That's as far as I have gotten so far. Haven't gotten past Goal 2.

Use the Detroit CPI as the basis for evaluating fee increases - i.e. if the Detroit CPI goes up, so do camping costs. Well, unless they're ORV accessible campgrounds and then we'll jack the prices up to $20/night...

Camping prices most places are already over 20 a night.
